2. Introduction of guests/SARVAC board members.

3. Minutes of last meeting.
Motion made by Bob, second Jim Peters, to amend the minutes as follows: Not every position was up for nomination, and limited to the President, Treasurer, and Member at large. We do not need to nominate Past President, that is a given.

4. SARVAC Award, spelling of Glenn's 2001 award needs to be taken care of.

5. SARVAC Logo put on a patch, tabled for this meeting.

6. Standards, discussion of what has/has not been done, and where it is with Chris Long and Rick LaValla. Both Art and Brooks have had a telephone conversation with Rick over the formatting of the Standards. The big question on the table is whether those Standards may end up back in SARVAC to be finished. Caution here is necessary, and diplomatic tack is a must, to continue this project to a finished, user-friendly product, finished in a timely manor, with paid, and/or, volunteer resources. Art will follow up with Chris on this issue.
Website fee is 92.95.
