After selecting an individual, complete the nomination form and attach any supporting documentation and/or expanded documentation that you feel will help in the selection of your nominee.

The Awards Committee will review all applicants and make a decision. These nominations should be in by March 15 to be considered.
The Lifetime Award is presented to an individual who has made/maintained significant contributions or involvement to the SAR community, including involvement at a local, regional or state level.
The Senior Volunteer of the Year Award is designed to honor an individual who has made a significant contributions to the SAR community in Washington this past year. All SAR volunteers over 18 are considered eligible for nomination for this award.
The Junior Volunteer of the Year Award will be presented at the Washington State SAR Conference. All SAR volunteers under 18 are considered eligible for nomination for this award.
